      Just purchased a home. It is my third home purchase and by far this was the most well explained. Each page of the closing documents was explained in detail and easy to understand. The gentleman at the office (who’s name I forgot but had an outstanding suit and tie) asked if we had any questions at every page. I have a service dog and they provided him a bowl of water.
