Austen is a dedicated advocate for his clients with a focus on residential and commercial real estate, small business representation, and estate planning. Austen enjoys assisting his clients through complex real estate and business matters and positioning them for successful outcomes. Austen entered the practice of law in 2011 and brings over a decade of experience to the firm and his clients.
Austen graduated summa cum laude from Lee University and graduated cum laude from Regent University School of Law. Austen is a member of the real property section of the Virginia State Bar and is licensed to practice before all Virginia State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
When Austen is not assisting clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six children.
