Susan S. Walker Partner
Susan focuses her practice on real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. She entered law practice in 1989 as a generalist, handling a wide variety of cases and trials. Over time, she developed the firm’s thriving real estate practice. She relishes solving problems for her clients, many of whom she has worked with for years, and helping clients achieve their goals for home or business ownership.
Susan graduated from the University of Virginia in 1986, where she was both a Jefferson Scholar and an Echols Scholar. She earned her law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, where she competed in appellate advocacy. She is a past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Real Property Section of the Virginia State Bar and currently co-chairs the Residential Subcommittee of the Section.
Susan is a long-term resident of Virginia Beach.
